Dickies Arena is a 14,000-seat, spectacular multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena will be owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena, scheduled to open in November 2019, will host concerts, sporting events, and family entertainment, and will be the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.

Job Summary:

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time North Club Food Runner. This position is responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverage items and general support of the dining experience in various operational areas throughout the arena.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear tables when guests are finished dining, maintaining a clean & welcoming club environment
• Have complete knowledge of all menu items, production specs, ingredients, cooking times, and presentation within your primary assigned operating area
• Have complete knowledge of available beers and cocktails within your primary assigned operating area
• Work together with co-workers to ensure that guests are always receiving excellent customer service & genuine hospitality
• Understand and execute responsible alcohol service
• Understand and maintain all safety and sanitation practices
• Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant and/or in-seat service/suite experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills
• Exceptional organization and prioritization
• Works well with others; establishes and maintains effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working Conditions:

• Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
• Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
• Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, heat from ovens, burners, steam, trays, etc.
• Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
