Role summary
Join a mow crew to cut, trim, and clean up properties on assigned routes. We’ll train you on equipment, property standards, and safety. Dependability and a good attitude matter more than a long résumé.
Key responsibilities
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow off properties to company standards
- Load/unload equipment and help maintain a clean, organized trailer and shop area
- Follow the crew lead’s directions and complete routes efficiently
- Watch for hazards (debris, toys, pets, sprinkler heads, slopes) and protect customer property
- Perform basic equipment care (fuel, checks, cleaning) as trained
- Communicate issues (broken equipment, property damage, customer requests) promptly
- Represent Trail Cutter Services professionally on every stop
Requirements
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly (mowers, bags, equipment, debris)
- Able to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, and on uneven ground
- Reliable attendance and ability to get to the shop for shift start
- Willingness to learn and follow safety rules
- Team player; can take direction and stay focused for full shifts
- Valid driver's license for employment eligibility
Preferred (not required)
- Prior landscaping, grounds, warehouse, or outdoor labor experience
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
