We’re looking for a collaborative project manager to join our team as our Marketing Manager, Ticketing. As a critical member of the Brand Strategy & Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategy and vision needed to hit ticket goals. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure a unified message for all ticket campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Use data to identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Act as a project manager and liaison between multiple departments to plan and execute ticket campaigns to achieve revenue goals.
- Oversee project development from initiation to closure, including working with partners to complete project outlining scope, goals, deliverables, budget, and timing.
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously measure campaign performance, and able to adjust where necessary.
- Create marketing copy to align with overall brand message.
- Initiate and maintain ongoing fan acquisition efforts to grow database.
- Assess success metrics and present post-campaign reports.
- Lead and develop all direct reports this includes conducting quarterly performance conversations and regular 1:1s.
- Manage marketing activation, advertising, and event budgets.
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or other applicable field OR equivalent education and experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in marketing, focus on sports marketing preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including formal and informal presentation skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Consistent track record of managing up
- Strong project management skills, specifically when it comes to planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Creative and forward-thinking approach
- Working familiarity with data capture, digital content creation, creative development, advertising, and events
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the flexibility to work within a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays at times.
- Digital marketing knowledge a plus
