Job Summary:
We offer our technicians careers that grow with the changing industry. Training is provided and encouraged as we service and install oil, gas, a/c and more. In addition to competitive hourly wage, we offer a unique Incentive program.

Earn 5% Monthly incentive paid on all billable work performed. In addition, sales leads forwarded to our Installation division will earn 3% of the sale.

Qualifications:
Perform residential Oil & HVAC service calls.
Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
Ask the right questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Train and mentor apprentices.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Own professional set of tools.
Knowledge of Gas & A/C service a plus. Not required
