What You’ll Do

Lead a team of HVAC and oil equipment installers on residential and light commercial projects

Perform expert-level installations of oil heating systems, central A/C, ductless systems, boilers, and other HVAC equipment

Ensure high-quality workmanship and code compliance

Train and mentor junior team members

Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
