Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and revise a wide range of commercial contracts, with a focus on U.S. jurisdiction agreements.
- Ensure contracts meet internal standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, procurement, sales, and operations teams to mitigate risks and ensure legal sufficiency.
- Utilize Spellbook and Ivo to streamline contract review processes.
- Maintain contract databases and support document management.
- Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes affecting the logistics industry.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of relevant paralegal experience, specifically in the logistics/supply chain industry.
