What are the responsibilities and job description for the CADD Designer position at Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. Career Center?

Our ideal candidate has up to 3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Perform CADD revisions to all types of plans prepared by TPD’s Design Teams
· Preparation of plans for traffic signal permits, including Traffic Signal Plan and Electrical Plans
· Preparation of plans necessary to complete Highway Design projects, including Construction Plans, Profiles, Signage & Striping Plans, Traffic Control Plans, etc.
· Estimate of “To-Be-Constructed” quantities.
Job Requirements
· Associate's degree in CADD (required)
· Knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation. MicroStation is preferable but not required. TPD will provide specific training.
· 1 to 3 years of experience
· Valid drivers License
