Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate shall possess proven Supervisor skills with five years of experience with excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and exercise complete confidentiality with all of the work content. This position supports the Glassboro, NJ area.
Essential Job Duties:
- Schedule daily crew assignments
- Conduct interviews for new hires
- Develop new and existing customer relationships
- Perform job site visits
- Manage daily crews
- Review and submit timesheets
- Customer Liaison
- Order any rental equipment as needed
- Oversee maintenance of equipment
- Handle safety incident reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with MUTCD requirements and set-ups, ATSSA certifications and VA DOT regulations is required.
- Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Availability to handle scheduling issues by phone outside of regular work hours
