Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven supervisory experience, along with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and handle all job responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality. This position is based in King of Prussia, PA and supports crews working out of the KOP location.

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform daily job site visits
• Manage crews
• Review and submit timesheets
• Client Liaison
• Oversee maintenance of equipment
• Handle safety incident reporting
• Assist with scheduling of daily crew assignments
• When necessary conduct interviews for new hires
• Oversee the KOP office
• Order any equipment as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with MUTCD guidelines and set-ups, ATSSA certifications and PA DOT Required.
• Ability to manage work flow in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining a calm, organized, and efficient approach
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Flexible and available to manage scheduling matters outside of normal working hours, as needed
