The Field Technician is responsible for executing traffic control operations in accordance with company procedures, TXDOT specifications, and project requirements. Under the direction of the Field Supervisor or Operations Manager, the Field Technician performs critical functions such as sign installation, flagging, lane closures, and detour setups. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, plan interpretation, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient work zones for both workers and the public.
Compensation details: 15-23 Hourly Wage
