Position Overview: Flagger / Traffic Controller
Safety is our business. In this role, you will:
- Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades
- Perform two‑way flagging using stop/slow paddles
- Control traffic flow to ensure public and worker safety
- Load, deliver, and retrieve traffic control equipment
- Complete reports and perform related duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years) with a clean motor vehicle record
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability during business hours; nights/weekends as required on an on‑call schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6–12 hours per day
- English proficiency for clear safety communication
- Ability to pass a drug test (including THC/marijuana testing)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
