The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled warehouse worker to our Traditions team in West Sacramento, CA. As a warehouse worker, you will have the opportunity to support our production team in the manufacturing of Senior, Kosher, and Halal frozen meals.
What you'll be doing:
- Using a pick sheet to accurately pick the items needed on the production line.
- Receiving and shipping of raw materials and finished meals
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and freezer
- Creating and using pallet tags to identify all items accurately.
- Operating pallet jack’s manual and electric. Operating forklifts
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Strong organizational, math, and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to spend portions of your shift in the freezer pulling items
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience picking, loading, labeling, and working within a food manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience driving a 26’ box truck
- Clean DMV and background
Compensation Range
$20/hr.
