Job Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and their families, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Communicate effectively with doctors and medical professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Supervise and motivate caregivers and medtechs to deliver high-quality support.
- Maintain accurate and legible records, including nurses' notes, incident reports, and medication records.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required.
- Experience with dementia care preferred but not required.
