Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55 lifestyle communities, seeks an enthusiast and highly motivated Lifestyle Director for our Southpointe community in Canonsburg, PA. This is a part time position working approximately 20 hours a week for a 6 to 9 month term.
In this fast-paced, customer-serving role, the Lifestyle Director will be responsible for cultivating an exciting community culture around the 5-star resort amenities with a focus on club activities and social events within the Clubhouse. You will be the primary resource for providing all community information, resident announcements and developing social groups. Candidate must be organized, a fast learner, possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and exceptional customer relationships skills.
Job Description
- Conduct new resident orientations that include resident profiles, interests, and clubhouse access.
- Create exciting events and activities based on resident interests. Advance planning and successful execution is required.
- Oversee amenities that include a sports bar, fitness area, yoga studio, pickleball/tennis courts, bocce ball, and outdoor pool.
- Maintain supplies, vendor communication, and reporting to the community leadership team.
- Provide administrative and organizational support, customer service, answering telephones, and all levels of general office duties.
- Conduct clubhouse tours for prospective home buyers, as well as help build solid customer relationships.
- Partner with the Home Owner Association management company to provide consistent guidance for residents.
- Create an exciting, safe, inclusive atmosphere for all residents and guests.
- Develop weekly newsletter and activity calendar.
- Compiling program statistics to evaluate the effectiveness and participation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lifestyle Director, Activity Director or Events Coordinator is required.
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience
