TO-GO SPECIALIST
As a To-Go Specialist for Traditions Hospitality Group you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests who prefer takeout or delivery options. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and efficiency will contribute to ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Package orders securely to maintain food quality and presentation during transport.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with menu selections, answering questions, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Handle transactions involving cash, credit, or other payment methods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and pickup of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the takeout area, including stocking supplies and cleaning surfaces as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- ABLE license preferred but not required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with exposure to smoke. The level of exposure may vary based on the location of the position.
- Stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
