SERVER ASSISTANT
As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dining operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
- Able to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
- Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
