OVERNIGHT HOUSEKEEPER
As an Overnight Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in maintaining guest rooms, laundry operations, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This position blends traditional housekeeping and houseman responsibilities to ensure the property remains guest-ready at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established quality and cleanliness standards
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, common spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Restock and transport linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies throughout the property
- Support laundry operations and properly store equipment after each shift
- Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and service needs
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged items to management
- Support team operations during high-volume periods
- Interact professionally with guests and coworkers at all times
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend required housekeeping meetings
- Assist other departments as assigned to support overall hotel operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended period
