About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our establishment's operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including operations, finance, human resources, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and cost control measures.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards.
