Ambassador
As an Ambassador at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll be the face of our organization, embodying our values and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Provide information about the facilities, services, and events, enhancing the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
- Presentation and uniform must adhere to established standards at all times, maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on operational needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
