Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide or CNA for the Middleborough area to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship.
Shifts Available:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday 10am-2pm
We are seeking 1 caregiver to work with this client. Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we provide continuity of care by providing the smallest team possible to assist our client in their own home.
Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
Requirements are as follows:
Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
2 Years experience working with your Certification
Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
Must have experience working with Dementia
Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
Dementia care experience
Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
You must own a cell phone.
