Home Health Aides and CNA Overnights

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide or CNA for the Milford, Ma. area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship. Client is seeking an outstanding HHA or CNA to assist with Companionship, safety monitoring, Activities of daily living, assist with light house-hold support, possible meal prep, possible outings and errands.

Available Shifts: Weekdays: Monday through Fridays Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Hours Available

Days: 10am-3pm

Overnights: 11pm-7am

Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours.

Job Description

• Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercising according to Care Plan
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/Care Plan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide or CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
  
  

Requirements Are As Follows

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2 Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA/CNA
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a smart phone.
