Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through timely and efficient cleaning services.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
