Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator for Nurses in a Home Health Department
Job Location: Dunmrore, Pa
Shift(s): 8:30-5:00pm Monday Thru Friday

Job Summary:
Responsible for all patient schedules. In conjunction with scheduling coordinates, monitors, verifies, and accounts for all required patient admissions/visits. Checks all work for accuracy and completeness. Ensures a timely and effective flow of scheduling. Communicates to the Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor of daily schedules and any changes as they occur. Verify's insurances and takes information for referrals of patients and enters patient information into their Electronic Medical Record.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- In conjunction with the Schedule coordinators, monitors, verifies, and accounts for all required patient admissions/visits.
- Checks all work for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures a timely and effective flow of scheduling.
- Responsible for all patient schedules.
- Enters referral into EMR
- Verifys the patients insurance, location and enters information in a timely manner
