Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) – Private Duty Nursing
Service Location: Montoursville
Shift: Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am
Rate: $14-$16
Immediate Need: Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities:
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
Available HHA Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Locations served:
- Williamsport, PA
- Mount Carmel, Pa
