Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Nursing

Service Location: Canadensis, PA; Cresco, PA; Scotrun, Pa; Stroudsburg, PA, East Stroudsburg, PA

Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need

Canadensis, PA - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10hrs/day shift

Cresco, PA - Wednesday through Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday & Sunday 8 hours/daytime hours, Friday and Saturday 8hr/overnight

Scotrun, Pa - Fridays 6:30am to 3:00pm

East Stroudsburg, Pa - Fridays 6pm-10pm, Sat/Sun 8am - 10pm, Monday through Friday 11pm to 7am

Stroudsburg, PA - Sunday through Saturday from 9:30pm/10pm to 5:30am/6am ; Overnights,

Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4pm: 10pm to 6am and Thursday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  
  

Available Nursing Shifts

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
