Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygeine, apllication and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
- Safety and Supervision
