Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY DAYSHIFT

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients

• Follow and document the patient’s plan of care

• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team

• Provide emotional and physical support
