Position Summary:
- Experience in an assisted living - memory care environment caring for older adults.
- Providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with resident’s individualized service plan.
- Offer choices, maintain, and promote dignity and individuality in order to enhance the resident’s individuality, satisfaction, and quality of life.
- Respond quickly to resident alerts.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident’s information.
- Protect & honor resident rights.
