Treatment Plan Conversion
- Confidently review financial options and payment plans.
- Help patients understand the value of completing their recommended care.
- Address common questions and concerns with empathy and confidence.
- Follow up with patients who have not started care or who have missed appointments.
- Track and improve treatment plan acceptance rates.
Scheduling & Patient Retention
- Maintain efficient provider schedules.
- Reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive communication.
- Reappoint patients according to the doctor's recommendations.
- Encourage long-term corrective care and wellness visits.
Communication
- Answer phones with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Respond promptly to calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
- Manage patient communication through Charlie AI and other office systems.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.
Practice Growth
- Educate patients on appropriate services, including corrective chiropractic care, SoftWave Therapy, spinal decompression, nutritional support, orthotics, and wellness recommendations.
- Support internal marketing campaigns, workshops, community events, and patient appreciation initiatives.
- Encourage Google reviews, referrals, and patient testimonials.
- Help achieve monthly goals for new patients, patient retention, and collections.
Administrative Excellence
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork.
- Collect payments accurately and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Support the doctors and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
