In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of post-trade processes and client support. You will work daily with our in-house data entry system to maintain accurate records, partner with developers to resolve system issues or enhancements, and handle trade reconciliation matters in coordination with exchanges and clients.
What you'll do:
Your responsibilities will include:
· Support trade reconciliation processes and ensure timely resolution of any issues
· When necessary, work with exchanges to verify trade accuracy and resolve trade discrepancies
· Work with A/R team on any brokerage changes required
· Update internal deal capture system as needed (the blotter)
· Work with Exchange post-trade processing systems to resolve any issues
· Assist in clients on-boarding process (working closely with the Risk Department)
· Collaborate with developers to resolve system issues, enhancements, or data requirements
· Manage and maintain accuracy within the in-house data entry system
· Develop strong understanding of appropriate industry Rules and Regulations
· Assist in deal data collection process
· Ad hoc duties as required
Who you are:
We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and the confidence to collaborate across teams including Risk, A/R, and Technology
· 1-3 years of experience in finance or a related industry (preferred but not required).
· Bachelor's Degree
· Relevant internships in energy or finance (a plus but not required).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience with document processing
· Experience working with in-house systems or databases a plus
· A knowledge of the Energy Commodities Industry is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and service-oriented mindset.
· Multi-tasker who can efficiently handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Base Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
