We are hiring a high-energy recruiter to help us scale our fast-growing international technology and operations company.

This position is for someone who loves speed, recruiting, sourcing candidates, solving hiring challenges, and working in a high-performance environment.

We are NOT looking for a traditional HR administrator.

We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to move fast, find talent, and execute.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit aggressively for multiple positions simultaneously
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Coordinate hiring processes with management
• Maintain daily recruiting activity and follow-ups
• Help improve hiring speed and candidate quality
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Spanish preferred
• 3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in the U.S.
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Strong organization and communication skills
