High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter
We are hiring a high-energy recruiter to help us scale our fast-growing international technology and operations company.
This position is for someone who loves speed, recruiting, sourcing candidates, solving hiring challenges, and working in a high-performance environment.
We are NOT looking for a traditional HR administrator.
We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to move fast, find talent, and execute.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit aggressively for multiple positions simultaneously
- Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews
- Coordinate hiring processes with management
- Maintain daily recruiting activity and follow-ups
- Help improve hiring speed and candidate quality
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires

Requirements
- Fluent English required
