About the Role
Tradier is seeking a Product Manager, Futures Trading to own the client experience across our futures trading products, including futures and options on futures. In this role, you'll define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with clients, Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver innovative, reliable trading experiences that meet the needs of active futures traders.
You'll serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for our futures offering, balancing client feedback, market trends, regulatory requirements, and business priorities to deliver features that improve usability, performance, and client satisfaction. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines deep futures market knowledge with a passion for building exceptional trading products.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the product roadmap for Tradier's client-facing futures trading experience, including futures, options on futures, order entry, margin displays, account management, and related functionality.
· Partner with clients, Customer Support, and internal stakeholders to understand trading workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize product enhancements.
· Serve as the subject matter expert for futures products, options on futures, exchange requirements, and client trading behavior.
· Conduct product discovery sessions and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
· Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, client requests, regulatory changes, and production enhancements.
· Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Compliance, Risk, and Operations throughout the product development lifecycle.
· Monitor changes from exchanges and regulatory organizations, including CME, ICE, CFTC, and NFA.
· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Analyze client feedback, product usage, operational metrics, and support trends to guide product decisions.
· Communicate roadmap priorities, release plans, and product strategy.
Skills & Experience
· 3–6 years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar experience within futures trading, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets.
· Strong understanding of futures markets, including contract specifications, margin methodologies, settlement, expiration, and rollover processes.
· Working knowledge of options on futures.
· Experience translating business and client requirements into detailed product specifications.
· Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
· Strong understanding of active trader workflows.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working for a futures broker, FCM, exchange, or trading technology provider.
· Familiarity with CQG, Trading Technologies (TT), CTS, Rithmic, or similar platforms.
· Experience collaborating with UX teams.
· Experience working alongside Compliance and Risk teams.
· Familiarity with APIs and electronic trading technologies.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
