- Monthly Attendance Bonus

- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Day Shift: 5: 45 AM –6: 00 PM
- Night Shift: 5: 30 PM –6: 15 AM
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Load, unload, stage, and transfer production materials.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
- Coating Machine Operators must complete a Hazmat physical, respirator fit test, and wear a respirator as required.
- Candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply—the company is willing to train.
