Department: Waiver/Supported Living Position Title: DSP Floater
Number of Positions Available: Full-time
Hours: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Rate of Pay: $21.25 per hour upon hire
Benefits: Medical – (if eligible) Dental, Vision, 401K, vacation and sick time.
Descripion of Position: This is a full time position and the candidate must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to providing high-quality support wherever assigned. The Floater DSP will provide DSP staffing support in several (as needed) home locations and assist with community-based outings. This role is responsible for assisting with staffing needs at various locations, ensuring continuity of care and support for individuals receiving services.
A portion of the schedule, up to 16 hours per week, may consist of regularly assigned shifts. The remaining hours will be scheduled based on agency needs and may vary in location, shift time, and responsibilities.
Education Requirements: N/A
Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license. Driver’s license will be checked.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a responsible, reliable person who is able to work
independently. Must have reliable transportation.
