Position Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team across multiple shifts in a locally family-owned nursing home group.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs and Medication Aides
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kentucky
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Reliable attendance and flexible with scheduling needs
