Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction based in Richmond, VA. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in all phases of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing logistics, expediting resources and materials, conducting inspections, and supporting the project team to address challenges and meet milestones.
This isn't your typical "volume-based" GC. They are a boutique, high-end firm known for handling some of the most complex Healthcare, Educational, and Historic projects in the region.
