Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
- Perform system replacements and new installation work
- Fabricate and install ductwork, venting, gas piping, and condensate piping
- Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
- Follow company installation standards and local codes
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience required
- HVAC service experience desired
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
Compensation & Benefits
- $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience and installation ability
