Reports To: Operations Manager
Experience: 10 years
Role Summary
Leads multi-crew field operations with accountability for safety, schedule, manpower, and labor cost.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple foremen and crews
- Control field sequencing and manpower planning
- Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and clients
- Enforce company standards across sites
Pay Band
- Negotiable (Hourly Overtime)

Cost: Field labor variance- ±3% Schedule: Site schedule adherence
- 95%
- Safety: Zero losttime incidents

- Develops at least one Foreman into Superintendentready role
