Trades Connector is seeking a full-time, on-site Welder based in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks including Arc, TIG, and MIG welding, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and maintaining welding tools and equipment. You will work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Arc, TIG, and MIG welding techniques
- Strong knowledge of metals and materials used in welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment safely
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures
- AWS certification or similar welding credentials (preferred)
- Vocational training in welding (a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
