We are expanding our operations to meet that demand and seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with established relationships across these industries to grow our client base statewide.
The Role
This is a full-time, field-based business development position. You will identify and close new
staffing clients across Arizona’s construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. You will
manage and grow your own book of business with a full-time recruiter and back-office support
behind you.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and close new staffing clients across construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors
• Conduct regular site visits — job sites, facilities, warehouses, and plant locations across Arizona
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, project managers, plant managers, HR directors, and operations leads
• Represent Trades Connector at local trade association events and industry functions
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and submit weekly activity reports
• Grow existing client relationships to increase monthly billing volume
Qualifications
• 3 years of outside sales experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing staffing
• Established, active network of decision-makers in Arizona — people who will take your call today
• Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly, prospect independently, and close business
• Comfortable in the field — on job sites, in warehouses, and on plant floors
• Self-directed with strong follow-through and organizational habits
• Motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential
