JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Campus Pastor serves to support the Campus Pastor in leading staff, developing Difference Maker teams, pastoral care, and connecting with the community. The Associate Campus Pastor is responsible for leading the engagement pathway at the campus and local outreach initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct oversight of Engagement and Groups Staff.
- Assist the Campus Pastor in building and maintaining a healthy staff team by sharing the responsibilities of things like leading team meetings, staff team-building, development and care.
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
- Be a model of and the champion for Traders Point 5 Expectations.
- Ensures serving teams are healthy and thriving by executing the serve culture strategy and holding staff accountable to meeting and exceeding serve culture metrics for the campus.
- Provide visible weekend leadership, which includes hosting weekend gatherings, lobby presence, and connecting with guests and leaders.
- Ensure campus has prompt guest follow-up and connection through timely responses to questions and information requests via email, Traders Point website, Info Central, and other inquiries.
- In collaboration with the central Outreach team, develops and executes local outreach initiatives to connect with and serve the community around the campus.
- Provides pastoral care and ensures campus staff are equipped to provide pastoral care, and all requests receive a timely response.
- Responsible for filling leadership gaps as identified by the Campus Pastor.
- Manages daily operations.
- Perform other duties as required.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Serve under the oversight of and report directly to the Campus Pastor.
- Participate as a full member of the pastoral staff, attending such meetings and special events as required.
- Work toward fulfillment of the above job products in the context of ministry team(s), composed of member-ministers who themselves are leading and being equipped to lead effectively.
- Serve in rotations assuming normally expected roles of a pastor: weddings, funerals, weekend hosting, general pastoral counseling, and hospital visits.
- Maintain harmonious relationships with other staff members, facilitating inter-team collaboration and Kingdom collaboration between different churches and ministries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Degree in ministry or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in Campus Ministry preferred.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of ministry culture and strategies.
- Demonstrated passion and gifting in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, and pastoral care.

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt
Full or Part-time: Full-time
Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, with Saturday gathering responsibilities on a rotation with other staff
