What You’ll Do

• Review and coding of AP invoices into AP Portal
• Review and coding of credit card expenses and export to the GL system
• Manage corporate credit card system such as following up on old card transactions, delayed approvals, missing items
• Assisting various departments across the company with corporate credit card system inquiries
• Maintain the travel and lodging tracker for ESG compliance
• Provide a summary of expenses by vendor for expense transparency
• Prepare monthly credit card expense accrual journal entry
• Prepare monthly accrued expenses journal entry
• Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card GL account
• Assist Accounting Manager and Senior accountant with other journal entries and reconciliations on as-needed basis
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
• 2 years of accounting experience with heavy emphasis in accounts payable and corporate expenses.
  
  

Bonus Points:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Corporate Expense experience (RAMP highly preferred)
• Dynamics 365 experience
