- Report Generation: Perform all necessary collection of requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery for customer reports.
- Data Analytics & Delivery: Understand, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-quality reports that meet specific requirements requested by clientele through our customer experience team.
- Requirement Gathering: Actively collaborate with internal teams to clarify customer data and report requests, ensuring accurate data delivery and optimal report structuring.
- Software Development (Scripting & Tooling): Support and develop internal tooling and scripts to automate the development, testing, and deployment of custom client reports.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate, root-cause, and resolve reporting errors or missing data.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a heavily data-driven role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and MSSQL (Core)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SSRS
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (Python, R, or PowerShell)
- Familiarity with C# and programmatic document/PDF generation is a strong plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and general report generation
- Core Competencies:
- Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Data Management: Exceptional attention to detail when collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Execution: Ability to follow established security/data procedures while successfully prioritizing competing tasks.
- Industry experience in the recreational vehicle, motorcycle, heavy equipment, and/or commercial truck sectors.
