About the RoleAs Trademarkia’s Advanced Figma & HCI Specialist, you will design the next generation of user experiences for a platform used by millions worldwide. You will work at the intersection of:
- Human–Computer Interaction
- Modern, evolving interface paradigms

Your work will focus on simplifying trademark and legal workflows, making them intuitive and delightful through world-class UX design.
What You Will DoDesign high-impact, intuitive product experiences- Shape user journeys for complex trademark and legal workflows.
- Apply HCI principles to reduce friction and increase clarity.
- Use research, heuristics, and design reasoning to make difficult tasks simple.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes at speed.
- Use components, variants, tokens, grids, and system patterns effectively.
- Deliver designs optimized for engineering and user testing.
- Expand reusable components and patterns.
- Ensure consistency across web and mobile surfaces.
- Build scalable foundations that support long-term product growth.
- Work with attorneys, product managers, and engineers to define flows.
- Clarify requirements and turn them into structured, intuitive designs.
- Drive MVP thinking—launch quickly, iterate smartly.
- Understand how modern UX is shifting toward conversational and multimodal experiences.
- Use modern tools (including AI design tools) to accelerate your workflow.
- Anticipate user behavior trends and propose forward-thinking UX patterns.
- Work with teams across India, the U.S., and South Africa.
- Travel as needed for strategy, workshops, or product work.
You may be early in your career or seasoned—but your portfolio must show:
- Advanced systems thinking
- Real product workflows, not just visual mockups
- Excellent interaction design and user flow clarity
- Mastery of spacing, hierarchy, typography, and screen architecture
- Ability to design complex processes with simplicity and elegance
Your portfolio should speak louder than your résumé.
Required Skills- Exceptional Figma skills — advanced prototypes, systems, interaction states
- Deep understanding of HCI — usability, cognitive load, accessibility, behavior modeling
- Strong UX problem-solving — breaking complexity into simple flows
- Fluency with modern tools — including AI-enhanced workflows
- Ability to execute fast — rapid iterations without sacrificing quality
- Clear communication — articulate design rationale to engineers and stakeholders
- Experience with SaaS, workflow-heavy products, or legal/finance domains
- Exposure to conversational UX, voice, or multimodal interactions
- Understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
- Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad preferred
- Remote within India considered for exceptional candidates
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Build UX for a global product used by millions
