About the Role
We are hiring driven, energetic, recent college graduates in Phoenix to help introduce TWIN to real estate agents, attorneys, and small businesses.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing AI software product line inside a profitable legal tech company.
You will:
- Conduct outreach to real estate agents & law firms
- Demo the ListingTwin and LegalTwin products
- Explain how AI digital twins help them convert more leads
- Set up trial accounts
- Help guide new customers through onboarding
- Close monthly subscription sales (earning commission)
- Gather product feedback informally from users
- Become a trusted AI advisor to local professionals
Who We’re Looking For
You are:
- A recent college grad or early-career professional

- Comfortable speaking on Zoom and phone

Compensation
Base Pay:
- $25/hour
Commission:
- 10% commission on closed monthly subscriptions
- Monthly bonuses for hitting targets
Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings):
$55,000–$80,000 in year one depending on performance.
