The ideal candidate must be licensed, experienced, and able to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling equipment with quality workmanship and attention to detail

Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections
- Installing HVAC equipment
- Troubleshooting system issues efficiently and accurately
- Communicating professionally with customers, tenants, and team members
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Completing jobs in a timely and reliable manner
HVAC Technician Job Requirements:
- Must have Michigan Mechanical License
- Must have HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and insurable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background screening (No felonies, theft related or crimes involving children)
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Must be dependable, honest, and hardworking
