TradeIT Solutions is building the first university-style trading education system. Our mission is to redefine financial education through structure, mentorship, and academic rigor. We’re launching our flagship program and scaling fast and now we’re hiring a Head of Marketing Strategy to help lead that momentum.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can also execute at a high level.
You’ll lead growth across all channels, build our funnels, run our ads, shape our brand identity, and turn TradeIT into a nationally recognized EdTech brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the U.S. marketing landscape, and knows how to scale an education or personal-brand-focused company.
What You’ll Own
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing plans across email, social, paid media, and community.
- Develop and optimize funnels for conversions, CAC, and retention.
Brand & Content Direction
- Lead brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling across platforms.
- Oversee social media strategy, trends, posting cadence, and content direction.
Paid Media & Analytics
- Run or manage Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and retargeting campaigns.
- Track and interpret data, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
Customer Journeys & CRM
- Build email sequences, automations, and segmentation strategies.
- Improve user flow, onboarding, and engagement across platforms.
Influencer & UGC Initiatives
- Identify and manage creators, partners, and UGC content pipelines.
- Oversee affiliate and influencer campaigns, including budget and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, operations, and executive teams to ensure aligned execution.
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker who can move from planning to implementation.
- Experienced in EdTech, digital education, or high-growth startups.
- Skilled in paid ads, organic social, email marketing, funnels, and creator/influencer strategy.
- Strong understanding of U.S. audience behavior and the U.S. marketing ecosystem.
- Organized, analytical, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
Bonus Experience
- Leading marketing teams or strategy for education or personal brand companies.
- Deep funnel optimization knowledge.
- Advanced CRM/automation tools experience.
- Proven record of scaling revenue or audience growth.
Compensation
$3,500 – $5,000 USD per month (contract)
Rate varies based on experience and region.
