What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Operations Developer position at TradeFirst.com?
We are looking for a Sales Operations Developer who knows Sales Systems , Prospecting , B2B Presentations , Closing , Coaching And AI LLM Training . You will be working with our sales team and programmers to help develop our CRM, AI training , Lead generation and Closing process .
We already have many tools , Dial Pad , for calls / AI coaching , Clarity Soft , CRM , an AI powered internal sales tool , What we need is someone to complete the development , add live Otter type recording and to put this into full operation .
This is a combination hybrid position that requires B2B sales systems , organization ,management , and the ability to integrate with all the AI tools available
We are an established B2B businesses generating company with thousands of small businesses in SE Michigan
This position is part time but could lead to full time . Ideally the skills would combing sales , technology and innovation .
30-50 per hour .
