About TradecraftTradecraft Schools is building a new generation of skilled trades education.
We're launching state-of-the-art campuses that prepare students for careers in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing through accelerated, hands-on training programs.
We've already partnered with one of the country's top branding firms to develop our brand identity.
Now we're looking for a talented Marketing Designer to bring that brand to life across every student, employer, and partner touchpoint.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.
You'll own the visual execution of our marketing efforts while working alongside our Content Creator, who will produce videos and photography from our campuses. Your job is to transform great content into exceptional marketing. You'll help shape how thousands of prospective students experience Tradecraft—from their first Instagram ad to the admissions brochure they hold in their hands.
- Design new website pages and landing pages that improve the student experience and increase inquiries.
- Work with our WordPress development partner to bring designs to life.
- Continually improve layouts, calls-to-action, and visual storytelling across the website.

Our Content Creator, who will capture:
- Student stories
- Instructor interviews
- Campus life
- Photography
- Short-form videos
You'll transform that content into polished campaigns, landing pages, brochures, ads, presentations, and marketing materials that drive enrollment.
- Has exceptional visual taste and attention to detail.
- Understands how design influences conversion—not just aesthetics.
- Can create clean, modern, premium marketing materials.
- Enjoys building systems and templates that keep a brand consistent.
- Is comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
- Thrives on feedback and continuous improvement.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Figma
- Canva Pro
- Experience designing marketing websites or landing pages
- Familiarity with WordPress (editing or collaborating with developers)
- Experience creating digital advertising creative
- Presentation design (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
Within your first six months, you will have:
- Elevated the visual quality of every marketing asset.
- Helped improve the Tradecraft website experience.
- Built a scalable library of templates for admissions and marketing.
- Created high-performing ad creative for digital campaigns.
- Established a consistent visual experience across every student touchpoint.
- $40–50/hour, depending on experience.
- Flexible schedule (20–30 hours per week).
