The Lead plays a crucial role in store operations, ensuring team performance, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. Leads specialize in Experience (Customer Service & Sales), Merchandising, or Inventory and act as key players in daily store management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Educate customers and team on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Tradecraft Farms' offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Support the store team by providing guidance, coaching, and operational oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations.
- Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Oversee and optimize Experience, Merchandising, or Inventory operations to improve store performance and drive results.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and product organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment.
- Contribute to team sales goals by providing exceptional service and recommendations.
- Follow all company policies and compliance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cannabis industry.
- Previous experience in retail leadership or cannabis industry preferred.
- Passion for cannabis, education, and customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be 21 and meet all state regulatory requirements for cannabis employment.
